Billing questions
How are taxes and invoices handled?
Payments are processed by Stripe. VAT is calculated at checkout where tax collection is enabled, and an invoice is available in the billing portal after every payment.
Does changing the displayed currency change what I pay?
The charged price is the one attached to the plan in the currency you choose at checkout. It is not converted from another currency. You can see the exact amount before paying.
Can I cancel or change plan?
Yes, from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated by Stripe.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the payment. Your access continues for a 7-day grace period after the period end, then paid features pause until the payment succeeds. Your data is kept.
